Hotel Reservations
The hotel block at the Grand Hyatt is full. Please contact Sue Girsch at admin@vlihawaii.com to be added to the wait list. It is very early in the process,
and we run into this situation every year. The likelihood that rooms will become available are very high. In the meantime we suggest you make a reservation at a nearby property.
Make sure you can cancel the reservation without penalty. We look forward to seeing you in January.

Room rates begin at $464. Room rate includes Resort Fee.
Rates are for single or double occupancy are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.962%)
in effect at time of check in. Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons. Charges for additional adults are $60 per person per
night, except that there is no charge for additional persons under 19 years of age when accompanied by an adult.
The above rates will be made available from January 5th to January 21st.
Reservations must be received by December 5, 2025. All reservations after that date will be on a space available
basis at the Hotel’s then current available rate. Any hotel rooms released after this date will go back to general inventory and
will not be available at the group rate. Please be considerate of others and release any unused rooms as soon as possible.
Hotel Cancellation
Thirty days up to Seven Days Prior to Arrival: All cancellations received within this period will be assessed two nights room rental plus taxes.
Six days up to arrival date: Any and all adjustments to a reservation, which may include full or partial cancellation or no show, will be assessed the cost of the full length stay plus taxes.

Airport Transfer
The Lihue Airport (airport code LIH) is approximately 16 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Uber and Lyft are available.
