 Before You Begin...

  Here is a brief a list of the information you will be asked to provide:

  • ▸ Credit Union Details, including Contact Name, Email and Phone Number
  • ▸ Attendee Contact Details. for each Attendee
  • ▸ Guest Contact Details for each Guest who will be Registering to Participate in Guest Meal and Luau Package.
  • ▸ Bonus Session Preference for Attendees Registering for one of the Optional Bonus Sessions.

 VLI Cancellation Policy
  • Prior to 120 days - full refund
  • 61-120 days before start of event - 50% refund
  • 0-60 days before start of event - no refund
  • Substitute attendees are welcome

 Credit Union Information

  Please complete the following details about your Credit Union. On the proceeding pages, you will be able to register multiple attendees without duplicating this information.

  Registration invoice and payment information will be sent to the Credit Union contact email address.

 Optional Bonus Program Registration
$450 

Attendees are invited to take advantage of an optional, half-day Bonus Session on January 13th, 2026. The fee for the bonus session is $450 per person. More information will be available shortly. We will contact you for your selection when the agenda is complete.

 Optional Guest Registration
$850 

Attendees may add guests to their registration. Registered Guests are welcome to meal events, Dinner in Paradise and special programs. The fee is $850 per guest.

NOTE: To register multiple guests for a single Attendee, please contact Sue Girsch at admin@vlihawaii.com or (360) 480-7971.

Instructions:
  •  ▸ If you are registerting multiple Attendees, enter each Attendee's details, and then click the Add Another Attendee button to add them to the list.
  •  ▸ After all Attendees have been added to the list (or if you are only registering one Attendee), click the Next button to continue.
