 Before You Begin...

  Here is a brief a list of the information you will be asked to provide:

  • ▸ Credit Union Details, including Contact Name, Email and Phone Number
  • ▸ Attendee Contact Details. for each Attendee
  • ▸ Guest Contact Details for each Guest who will be Registering to Participate in Meals and Guest Events.
  • ▸ Bonus Session Preference for Attendees Registering for one of the Optional Bonus Sessions.

 VLI Cancellation Policy
  • More than 30 days before the start of the institute: No cancellation fee – 100% refund
  • Less than 30 days before the start of the institute: 50% of registration amount
  • Registration is transferable to another attendee

 Credit Union Information

  Please complete the following details about your Credit Union. On the proceeding pages, you will be able to register multiple attendees without duplicating this information.

  Registration invoice and payment information will be sent to the Credit Union contact email address.

When you register and pay for six attendees the seventh attendee receives a complimentary registration. Complimentary registrations will be applied at conclusion of the Institute.

 Optional Bonus Program Registration
$450 

Attendees are invited to take advantage of an optional, half-day Bonus Session on January 28rd, 2025. The fee for the bonus session is $450 per person. More information will be available shortly. We will contact you for your selection when the agenda is complete.

 Optional Guest Registration
$800 

Attendees may add guests to their registration. Registered Guests are welcome to meal events, Dinner in Paradise and special programs. The fee is $800 per guest.

NOTE: To register multiple guests for a single Attendee, please contact Sue Girsch at admin@vlihawaii.com or (360) 480-7971.

You will receive delivery of your VLI Hawaii 2025 registration invoice by email. Payment options will be included on your invoice.

The invoice will be sent to the Credit Union contact specified during registration.
