The 29th Annual Volunteer Leadership Institute will be held January 14-17, 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. The optional Bonus Session will be held on January 13th.

The Institute, which has provided critical insights into better governance and leadership for a quarter of a century will feature speakers and topics designed to heighten the effectiveness of your leadership group.

Registration includes all Institute materials. Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Dinner in Paradise Luau on Friday.

Optional Bonus Program

We are offering an Optional Bonus Program on Tuesday, January13th. Cost for the Bonus Program is $450. The sessions are:

• Best Governance Practices of Board and Audit Committee
• The Wonderful World of Artificial Intelligence

Guest Meal and Luau Package

We welcome guests of attendees to join our Guest Meal and Luau package. Meal package cost is $850 per person. The meal package includes the following:

• Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Dinner in Paradise Luau on Friday night

VLI CANCELLATION POLICY

• Prior to 120 days - full refund
• 61-120 days before start of event - 50% refund
• 0-60 days before start of event - no refund
• Substitute attendees are welcome
